Every PALU starts with a conversation, not a catalogue. I source the best frames in the world, the same ones that equip the most respected names in gravel and endurance. I build every bike myself, by hand, with my own experience; the paintwork I leave to people who do it better than I could, but I follow every step of it (literally getting my hands in there too, here and there), obsessively, until the result is exactly what we agreed on together. I've been in this industry for years: I've come up through the technical departments and stores of major international bike brands, and I'm still there today, alongside PALU. I know frames, groupsets and finishes from the inside, the way people who work with them every day do. The result is a bike that exists only for you, built together with you, never picked off a list.
