Every PALU starts with a conversation. Never with a catalogue.

I source exceptional frames from the same world that supplies some of the most respected names in gravel and endurance. Then I build every bike myself, by hand, here in Italy.

I choose every component. I assemble every detail. I follow the paintwork step by step, obsessively when necessary, until the bike becomes exactly what we imagined together.

I’ve spent years inside the cycling industry, working across technical departments and stores for major international brands. I know frames, groupsets, components and finishes from the inside, because I work with them every day.

PALU is the result of that experience.
