What you won’t find here is a catalogue to choose from. Every PALU in this gallery was born from a conversation, not a configuration: colour, groupset, geometry, components, every detail decided together with the person who commissioned it. The result didn’t exist before we started talking. It’s not for everyone: it’s for those who know what they want, or are ready to discover it with me.

Customisation doesn’t stop at colour. Every PALU can be rethought in every detail: groupset and drivetrain, in the configuration best suited to the way you ride; frame geometry, tailored to your size and riding position; cockpit, with geometry and handlebar type selected from different options, from more classic to more aggressive; fork, seatpost and saddle, chosen for your terrain and comfort; tyres, rotors and brake pads, selected for the conditions you actually ride in. Every combination begins with a conversation with you, not a price list.

Colour. Special effects, pigment mixes developed together with you, masked decals and graphics, underpainting: every finish is a project of its own, and production begins only once the visual proposals have been approved.

A €150 design deposit gives you access to our bespoke design process: working with our designer, we develop visual proposals for your paintwork, refined through as many revisions as it takes to get it right. Once your paint design is confirmed, we move on to selecting components together, and prepare the full quote for your finished bike. If you proceed with your build, the €150 is fully credited toward the final price; if you choose not to proceed, it remains non-refundable, as it covers the design work carried out. A payment upfront on the final quote confirms your order and starts your build, which typically takes 2 to 4 months to complete.
